Courses Eligible for NTUC Training Fund (SEPs)

The following courses conducted by Singapore Media Academy are supported under the NTUC Training Fund (SEPs).

As announced by Manpower Minister Josephine Teo at Budget 2020, the SEP Support Scheme will provide Self-Employed Persons (SEPs) with a training allowance of S$7.50 per hour, from 1 to 30 April 2020, when they attend courses under the SkillsFuture series, as well as sector-specific training programmes. Updated as at 26 March 2020 - From 1 May 2020, the Government will bring up the hourly training allowance from S$7.50 per hour of training to S$10 per hour of training, as announced by Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat in his Resilience Budget speech. With NTUC’s top-up, SEPs who are existing union members get an additional S$1 per hour on top of the S$10 per hour when they go for training. New union members who sign up after 1 March 2020 will get an additional S$0.50 per hour to the S$10 per hour amount. Read more
