WSQ Manage Innovation in a Business Function


Organisations are aware that the ability to innovate is the key to providing a strategic edge in an increasing competitive market. However, they are often faced with the daunting task of teaching their employees how to innovate, and showing leaders how to lead their employees in innovation. 

This unit examines the various aspects required of leaders when they are developing a culture that supports the innovation process. Participants will learn how to identify opportunities for innovation within their departments/business units. They will then work systematically through a process which allows them – and the teams they lead – to innovate repeatedly.
